The Build Robot, which is part of the ProgrammersCanvasToolkit, downloads files from CVS, executes scripts and executables, tags files, creates check-in history, among other things.
The Packager can copy build artifacts for easy downloading

And thanks so much for this great system - the more I learn about the Build Robot the more I like it.. Initially I had started on a Python based build system which was very simple (wouldn't have had a tenth of the features of BuildRobot) when I came across this. It does almost everything I need it to do and it's extremely flexible!
